NetFlorist sucks at delivery - fails brand experience test

Ordered the delivery of flowers with chocolates and a card. Only flowers delivered with the promise the chocolates and card would delivered later. What kind of consumer experience is that?? NetFlorist delivers emotional experiences like its dropping off car parts. Big brand failure.
