Netflorist sucks

I ordered a birthday gift from Netflorist 5 days ago for delivery of a birthday gift today as the person it is meant for is in JHB and I am in CT. After 3pm I checked to see if it had been delivered and to my surprise it is still out for delivery. When I contacted Netflorist to find out what time it will be delivered I was told that they deliver to business address till 17:30 (although most business close at 17:00) and the person the parcel is meant for leaves at 16:00. When I told them this I was informed they cannot tell me when the delivery will take place as they are unable to contact their drivers as they use an app on their phone for deliveries. Not sure since when using an app on your phone prevents you from receiving phone calls and giving proper response to their customers instead of just saying "I cannot help you". So I guess if they do not deliver this in time it will no longer be a birthday gift but a belated birthday gift. Thank you Netflorist for ruining a birthday surprise. This is the last time I will use them
