Netflorist sucks

Don't ever use NetFlorist, It's 4pm and I still haven't received my package which was ordered well in advance. This is for a birthday!!! I want a refund!!! Won't use them again. Haven't received a call from anyone. I'm the one doing the follow up, I mean seriously
