Netflorist sucks

The worse service in my life, i bought a gift thru Netflorist. 5 days later it still hasnt been delivered, their call centre is the pits, I've just requested for my refund. So sad because getting a gift is such a meaningful exercise but i have learnt never to use Netflorist again. I haven't recieved one courtesy call, everytime i get these bad news i have to call in myself. I hate Netflorist
