Netflorist Sucks

I ordered a gift for my wife for Valentines day on the 6th of February 2020 to be delivered on the 13th Feb 2020, (took it a day before valentines day as the previous 3 years I had a problem where they never delivered on the day).

So got a message that on the 12th Feb that the item is out for delivery, I though well rather a day early than late, but no delivery was made, check again on the 13th and they assure me it will be delivered but nothing yet again.

Friday the 14th Feb, my wife leaves work early and after about 5 call they put me through to Ram couriers, so I ask what is happening as it is late and now she left, so I was told they will deliver to my house the same day, so we wait, the net moment my wife's colleague phoned to say that she had a delivery, I mean so it cost us the drive back to her office to pick up the gift because of the incompetence of Netflorist and Ram couriers.

The she opens the box and the balloon is completely flat, because only the clever people at Netflorist will try and fit a balloon in a box with other items, the lindt chocolates was completely melted as by now it was 3 days in the back of courier vehicle.

This is the worst service I have ever received and will be sure never to use Netflorist again
