Netflorist sucks

Ordered 2 items for my partner, the first being a bunch of roses with a card and a msg and the second a snack box. The second item was delivered, thus no msg or card and the flowers are still yet to be delivered. Contacted them and their excuse is that their ts and cs state both items aren't always delivered together. I think thats poor customer service and rather pointless to say the least for one to be delivered without the other, especially when the flowers was the part of the gift that included the msg.
