netflorist sucks

<p>as a first time user of the netflorist service i am terribly disappointed. i placed my order on line on sunday for a tuesday delivery. i asked that the gift be delivered before 10 am. i know they dont guarantee time of delivery, but when i called at 10, i was assured it was on the van for delivery. i called again at 12.33 only to be told the same thing.</p> <p>Harold needs to get his merry ol men to jack up. to get hold of a manager meant i had to be on hold for 15 munutes, and counting.....</p>
