Netflorist sucks

Once again, Netflorist disappoints. My order was delivered, but they delivered the wrong flowers. After I called them, I had to hold for ages while they try to locate my flowers (at someone else's house) to deliver the correct order. Eventually I received the correct order, but it was in a complete state. My fiance ordered white lillies and when the buds eventually opened, it was yellow lillies. Seriously?? You turned a very special occasion into a nightmare. I am disgusted. I called to complain and got promised a complimentary voucher, which I didn't receive. Terrible customer service.
