Netflorist sucks.....

I will never ever buy anything from Netflorist again.... They are a bunch if pretentious people only caring about money not really customer service I paid R500 for a Valentine's gift gor my wife had to wait for an hour and 20 mins for the couriers and then the chain was knotted, now I have to pay 15% handeling fee so I am only getting back R250 gor something that my wife can't use and I paid a lot of money for.... Thanx guys I want my money.....
