Netflorist SUCKS

I won't get into the details because I notice Netflorist doesn't respond to these complaints but they completely ruined valentine's day.<br> <br> I realise they are busy around Valentine's Day but they make a killing so why not hire extra staff !?<br> The call centre had a waiting time of about 10 minutes before someone answered.<br> My gift did not arrive anywhere near on time & therefore no one was there to receive it. When I phoned to cancel the delivery Khumalo assured me I would get a refund because the package had not yet been delivered.<br> <br> Instead - no refund & they delivered the package anyway although she was no longer there to receive it. <br> Use Netflorist at your PERIL
