NETFLORIST SUCKS

I placed an order on line at 8 in the morning, I made the payment and called directly thereafter to make sure that the item is delivered by 3:30, I was told that they would check the payment and call me back, I received an email stating they have received my payment. <br> <br> I decided to call at 12pm to find out what is happening, I was informed that they cannot find my order (like really). Their IT department has been looking into since this morning and they still cannot find it, I asked why was I not contacted, the response was eish we were looking for the order, will the order be delivered by 3:30 today? I can't say as we need to find the order 1st, they will call me back, since then I am still waiting for them to call me back, <br> <br> I regret ordering from Netflorist, definitely will not make this mistake again, *********** people.<br> <br> Really annoyed at their service.
