Netflorist stuffing up memories one delivery at a time !!!!

<p>Ordered flowers for someone special , a fruit basket was delivered !!! They took it back .. no one called me I had to call and they said they had a system issue ..can they deliver tomorrow .. who's gonna sit at home on a Saturday and wait for flowers .. the surprise is ruined ... and when I asked to speak to someone on management .. they were all on training .. so the business has no management present .. how are you running your circus ??? This is unacceptable !!!</p>
