Netflorist stole my money!!!!

I ordered a Birthday present for my Husband on the 12th Feb 2023. Today is the 19th and I still have no ordered delivered. For 7 days I called and called and if I was not cut off numerous times, was was **** to by ALL operators telling me either the driver was in an accident or my parcel will be delivered the next day... every day same freaking story. Still no gift a week later and money gone!! This is pathetic. No one is allowed to give the drivers details. No one is allowed to call a manger as everyday no mamager is available and they cannot give out their numbers. Netflorist you ****med the wrong person and I promise you this will not be left here. ... I hope you close your doors! PATHETIC!!!!!!!!!
