If they had zero stars as an option then that is what I would give them. Against my better judgement based on previously abysmal service I decided to give them another go. Ordered fro delivery before Valentines day because I new they would be busy. ONly one part of the order was delivered, Over R1000 for roses that were wilting and dropping petals a day after delivery.

I had a mail from them promising that they would deliver the next day (based on them "valueing" loyal customers). Three days later and still no delivery (despite the order tracker telling me that it was going to be delivered two days ago). I mailed them back twice with NO response and they don't answer the call number.

Nothing further by way of explanation, so after being a customer for more than 8 years I will NEVER use them again and I will NEVER recommend them to anyone.

I would call there apathetic approach to customer relations disgusting but that assumes some level of customer care to start with. DISGUSTING/PATHETIC.

If I don't receive either a refund or my order I will be laying ***** charges at the SAPS
