NETFLORIST SPOILT OUR DAY

I ordered a nice little gift to accompany a memorable moment for my wife's 31st birthday. This was to be a special moment given everything that she has been through the last few months. I have been following up with Netflorist and promised that it would be delivered today (3 January 2020). After a number of telephone calls of follow ups, I have now received an email saying Netflorist will no longer be delivering today but I should expect the delivery possibly tomorrow. DO YOU KNOW HOW YOU'VE JUST RUINED OUR DAY??? Why make promises you cant keep? I should have really gotten this from somewhere else! I have been begging and begging to no avail....I don't know what to do anymore!
