Netflorist spoils a special day

Wow pathetic service wish there was a zero star option but 1 will have to do. Staff can't even change a simple address change 48hrs in advance. Gift delivered to incorrect address. After numerous calls and holding for 5 minutes at a time to resolve before delivery with staff promising all in order. My loved one's surprise was definitely ruined. The solution from them to deliver the next day after the birthday. Still speechless with this solution. Not a wonderful 1st experience and based on this it will be the last even though it was a small order. Goodluck to anybody who has to change an address with Netflorist.
