Netflorist spoils 18th's birthday - NOT COOL
Worst service ever. I ordered, and paid an over-inflated price, for a personalized crate for my nephew's 18th birthday surprise. I am abroad and therefore placed an immense amount of trust in this company to make his birthday special, as they so boldly claim on their website and other media streams. This could be clearly be seen as false advertising. Firstly, they sent a gift box with the name ROY printed on it. His name is NOT Roy! I confirmed this several times on the the ordering platform before paying. Then they sent him wine, he is NOT a wine drinker. I was asked to email photos, TWICE as if I am lying, only to get told that they can substitute any product to the same value if they do not have stock of the chosen one. FINE, BUT THEN PLACE A "OUT OF STOCK" ON THE ITEM SO WE DO NOT ORDER IT!! Not brain surgery people.
Netflorist spoiled the 18th birthday for him, and I am sure 'ol Ryan Bachner could not care less as it is just another sale to him, and the way things are managed clearly indicates that all directors, and I use the term loosely here, should watch undercover boss and learn a thing or two.
I have asked 3 times now how they will fix this, and still no reply. Unfortunately for you am I one of "those" people - a pain. I paid for something - I want it.
