Netflorist spoiled Boss's day!

Horrible experience!!!! Ordered two gifts for one recipient the first gift did not contain the items as per the order and the other order had personalised pillow cases for someone completely different to the personalized notebook I ordered. Disastrous Boss's Day gift! Worst of all the call center agent advised on the first order I should have checked the order I placed was for a pen and holder not the separate notebooks. Then the preview function was completely wrong, and the book error can only be corrected tomorrow.... I am so disappointed what if the gift was sent to an external party that does not tell you what they have received, and the order was wrong. I think I will be very wary of ordering from Netflorist in future.....
