Netflorist so poor.

Paid a fortune for a delivery of flowers. What arrived was nothing close to the picture. I could have bought those flowers for a third of the price. Have spent two weeks trying to get a refund. Three different call centre agents have taken my complaint. They'll all "get back to me". Even tried the supervisor - unavailable, and name I'm not allowed to know. I will NEVER buy from Netflorist again, and will discourage everyone I can to deal with them.
