Netflorist should be Netfailure
I purchased two baby blankets from Netflorist in December, I paid over R500. These were to be dedication gifts to my nephew. When the blankets were delivered, I noticed the graphics were washed out as though the blankets were very old. The writing wasn’t clear and the colour of the picture was washed out and dull. The overall quality of the blankets was extremely poor - I immediately emailed Netflorist to request new blankets or a refund. Initially, a lady from Netflorist contacted me and agreed that the quality was very low and that they would replace & provide better quality blankets. 3 weeks later, the lady is no longer responding to my emails and as a result I had to go buy other blankets from another store for my nephew’s dedication. Eventually, after sending daily emails to Netflorist without a response, someone else responds with a very confusing email with no grammar whatsoever - naturally, I respond to ask for clarity and they respond in a very rude manner and say they can only refund me R150 and I must say whether I accept or not otherwise they can’t help. Disturbed by this I write back to request clarity as to why I cannot get better quality blankets, it’s been a further 3 weeks, no response from Netflorist at all... as a dedicate customer of Netflorist, who has been buying from this platform for years, it is disappointing to receive this kind of treatment and contempt. As I write this review, I still have had no further communication from Netflorist , no refund & no replacement of goods :( . Guys, I caution you from buying from Netflorist , when all is well , they send nice emails , when you have complaint , they simply ignore you ! Poor customer service , poor communication and poor quality goods !
