NETFLORIST SHOCKING SERVICE

Absolutely shocking service from Netflorist. Delivery was requested for 12 February 2021. An attempt was made at 17h45 on the 12th however after waiting all day, the recipient went out, delivery was then promised for 15th February 2021, but alas, no delivery as promised. The intended recipient took leave to await delivery as Netflorist could not give the time for delivery. After many emails and phone calls (when calling you have to wait for at least 20 minutes before getting help), the gift was only delivered on 16 February 2021 at 19h02! Shocking and embarrassing for the sender as three days leave had to be taken just to try receive a gift!!!
