Netflorist shocking service

What a disaster. An order was placed on Netflorist on the 9th July for delivery on the 16th - plenty of time. This was a very special birthday. Today is the 19th no delivery AND no explanation from Netflorist as to the delay. Someone needs to open up in opposition to these people and be efficient and customer orientated - they'd be extremely successful.
