Netflorist - Shocking service !!!!

When one selects a product and gives you the delivery address, should you immediately know if you have the capacity to deliver that product in that part of the world ?? It's really unacceptable that it took you four .... flipppen 4 days to tell me that you have no capacity to deliver what I have paid for.

Do NOT accept orders you can't fulfill.....what must I do with a voucher when the birth-date has already passed??? Wish them happy birthday a year in advance????
