Netflorist shocking service

Absolutely disgusted.for mothers day my girlfriend convinced me to make up with my mother. I sent her flowers and gift for Friday before so she gets it.I had to change address but thay were helpful and changed it.I was impressed. Then it fell apart.thay didn't deliver but contacted me and I said its fine for Saturday as its surprise. Thay then phoned her and told her and spoiled everything. Then thay only delivered the gift. And the following Monday,thay delivered the flowers and note. Mothers day was Sunday. Then few days later I order flowers in a vase for my girlfriend as she started new job.thy were prompt and delivered but wrong flowers and in paper no vase .I phoned them. Thay then said thay would go back imiadatly and take the wrong order back and then deliver the correct one following week.I objected saying u won't embarrass by taking flowers back in front of her new work Colleagues .thay then said in that case I must pay for them and next week thay would deliver correct flowers.I'm sorry its shocking. And twice in one week. By the way its following week nobody called or delivered
