Netflorist service the worst

A few years ago Netflorist messed up a special order and i cut ties with them completely. Well after a few years i decide to give them another shot. Today i placed my order for my wife and guess what once again they messed it up. No delivery. How is it ****ible i drive through heavy traffic and still arrive before this place can deliver. Thank you once again for showing me your service sucks and it would be better to ask a ****** on a bicycle to deliver flowers perhaps then iti will be there on time.
