NetFlorist - service that make the flowers stink

I ordered flowers on 9 January for delivery same day. When I contacted delivery department at 15:00 I was told delivery will be before 15:30 as it went out at 11:30. I phoned again at 17:15 and was promised delivery of a fresh bunch will be done on 10 January with a special note before 15:30. At 16:30 noting was delivered and order cancelled. This is not the service promised on their website
