Netflorist service sucks

I very disappointed at NetFlorist i have made an order on he 11 of February and they reschedule my delivery without letting me know and on the 13 they were suppose to deliver but they didn't And the delivery came today while we were on a good mood the see what inside only to find out a glass was broken ,with an empty card with no massage and since i have order on the 11 i was today that i will receive a free chocolate but i didn't You guys have ruined my Valentines day and it was the 1st time even last year you disappointed me and i thought this time around u'll do things better
