Netflorist Service Standards Have Dropped

I ordered an i them to be delivered same day as said on their online store, item was never delivered on the day. Did a follow up the next day, i was told we will deliver Saturday which is 3 days latter than the date of commitment.

I requested am immediate refund they told me " our refund will take 3 to 10 working days. Meaning i have to wait again to take my business somewhere else.

Their service and customer care has dropped drastically.
