Netflorist Service is ****!!!

Netflorist service is pathetic. Two sets of poor service in a row. I guess I’m the fool for using them again. I made an order last year in August for my wife’s bday, it arrived a day late. I now made and order for my mother’s bday, it didn’t arrive at all. I got a mail today stating the item is out of stock. While online there were items marked as out of stock so why wasn’t their system updated. Now I have missed the special day through their error. Better late than never but I re**** on Netflorist to provide the service they agreed to. Pathetic to say the least!
