Netflorist: Service has gone from Bad to Worse

Netflorist delivered a gift late. They still had the nerve to ask me to review them. I have purchased from Netflorist in the past and refrained from ordering flowers as I have received flowers as gifts in very poor condition. They would then offer vouchers when you complain that do not work. This gift was because I had no choice but to use them and I was sure they would not mess it up. They told me they could not deliver on the weekend, and I agreed for the delivery to take place on the Friday. They delivered the Tuesday. Their service has gone from bad to worse. Don't even try to surprise someone, because they will call the person ahead. They are absolutely useless!!!
