Netflorist same day delivery lies!!!
I ordered a flower arrangement in a mug for my manager today before 10am and was promised same day delivery. I kept phoning to check on my order numerous times (more than 3 times!) and was advised that the order had left by 3:40pm... it is now 8pm. No order has been recieved. This is ridiculous. I had odered it with the expectation of giving it to my manager before she leaves as it was her last day of work today but that never happened. I expect a full refund for this purchase as it is of no use to me now. I will never advise people to use this service as they do not fulfill their same day delivery promise.. dont advertise something that you cannot live up to!!!!
