NetFlorist. Same day delivery - 5 hour turn around

I ordered something from netflorist. Same day delivery they say. 5 hour turn around time does not make "Same Day Delivery" so attractive any more. If I place and order at 11:00 they should warn customers about their turn around time. When I spoke to the call centre they told me my order was waiting for a driver for an hour and a half.
