Netflorist sad dissipointment on birthday

Absolutely terrible. They should Not say 100% service satisfaction, it 0% satisfaction Flowers for my daughters 18th birthday was not delivered. Tried to track it and eventually phoned them because it was such a dissipointment. They kept saying it's on the way but no birthday delivery. Eventually delived just the card and balloon the day after her birthday BUT NO flowers. Then I had problem to get my R700 refund back. What a let down for my daughter's 18th birthday. Don't use them.
