NetFlorist 's bad service

this doesn't even deserve any star, my order was supposed to be delivered last week Monday but still not delivered. Last week when i called to follow up, they said incorrect address, which i have put the correct address. then this week they are telling me they couldn't get hold of the recipient. how i don't know! still waiting to hear that I have requested an update about when my order is going to be delivered but no response.
