NetFlorist ruins yet another surprise... honestly... no surprise there

When your business is an online florist and delivery site how is it you fail to deliver every, single time. My husband is out of the country for work and today is our first wedding anniversary and the useless bunch at NetFlorist managed to ruin a man's attempt to still make his wife smile even though he is away. Thanks a lot NetFlorist, this is not the first surprise you've ruined for me but you can bet your incapable behind it will be the last.

The order was placed yesterday and requested to be delivered to my office before 4pm today, i called at 14:20 and was told the driver is in an area 20 mins away from me and had only one delivery before me and should be at my office after 15:00. At 16:00 i called again only to be told that the driver would be there between 16:30 and 17:00. What on earth happened in the time between 14:20 and 16:00 when i was initially told that the driver was in an area only 20 mins away with just one delivery? When I asked the customer service consultant this question all he could say was, he wasnt informed of any delays and he apologises for my inconvenience. I eventually had to leave my office at 16:30 with still no delivery and a very disappointed husband who only wanted to make his wife smile on their anniversary.

Thank you very much NetFlorist for ruining my anniversary... at least you are consistant in your inability to deliver on time. Gold star!
