Netflorist ruins valentines gift

So my hubby arranges a Cadbury gift basket to be sent to me for Valentines day.

The courier calls me at 11:22am to say he has a delivery for me only to arrive at 14:00pm. So my issue is a box with chocolates a balloon and a card are all stuffed inside a brown box. When I open the box all the chocolates are broken. The aero is crumbled and all the chocolates are broken, further more its all nestle chocolates.

Is this the service that Net florist offers for a R600 gift? Very disappointed!
