Netflorist ruins valentines day

If only I could give a 0 or -1 rating! My boyfriend thought he’d send me a gift for valentines day while I was at work and it still hasn’t arrived. Got a notification at 8:54 that it is on its way at 17:08 it’s still not here and nobody is answering our calls. Thank you Netflorist for ruining our valentines!
