Netflorist ruins Valentine's day

I ordered flowers for my wife about 2 weeks ago for delivery to her work on Valentine's day. She is about to go home for the day at 4pm with no delivery. I feel like **** as it makes it look like I forgot about her. Cannot even call them as their phone number is not working/does not exist.

I will never EVER make use of Netflorist again. I wish I saw all the bad reviews on here before placing an order with them. Well lesson learned. Go to the flower market yourself and pick up flowers - AVOID Netflorist at any cost.
