NetFlorist ruins valentines again

This has been the second time that an order was just not delivered on the date it was requested. <br> As was requested, an order was supposed to have been delivered before 12 PM on Friday. At 2:30 it was still not delivered and an alternative address was given to them to deliver before 6 PM. <br> This was also not done. <br> <br> On Saturday morning the order was still not delivered and no explanation given. They then want another alternative address to deliver, which does not exist. When requesting to speak to management management I was placed on hold for half an hour. Net call to them I was cut off when trying to explain to them that there is no person to receive the order at the alternative address. They then just throw the phone down.<br> <br> Once again they have ruined Valentines day for me and so many other people.
