Netflorist ruins special occasions

They are not even worth one star rating. Ordered 2 items for delivery on 18 June 2019 for a special occasion, one item was delivered. My email correspondence get rep**** on with lame idiotic excuses. My telephone calls are a waste, had three different excuses. You *****ed up a special day for someone Netflorist. I have been a regular customer over the years, you can now BUD out of my life and PETAL into where the sun does not shine!!!! You have absolutely disgusting service values. It is now almost 19.00, no delivery!!!!
