Netflorist ruins birthday

Ordered flowers from Netflorist today for a birthday. Put in a special request for flowers to be delivered at 3pm. Agent at call centre advised that delivery will be done by 4pm. Called Netflorist at 3:30pm, agent advised that driver is at the offices for delivery. Called the person to who, the flowers are being delivered, they advised that they leaving work at 4pm. Requested the person to wait for a delivery ( thanks Netflorist for spoiling the surprise). Called Netflorist at 16:15, driver says he is at the offices. Called Netflorist again at 16:40, driver still says he is at the offices delivering. Requested to speak to a manager at Netflorist, they have left for the day. It's now 17:00, still no delivery. Birthday person is waiting for over an hour and still no delivery. Now the person will be stuck in traffic and miss dinner. Thanks Netflorist for messing it up. No more Netflorist
