NETFLORIST RUINING VALENTINES DAY

Firstly I can't even begin to describe the emotional distress that this has caused. Netflorist is absolutely disgusting organization that exploits its clients. On 4 February I placed an order. This is my first valentines day with my boyfriend and I wanted to make it special so I decided to do the 5 senses gift. I decided that for the sense of sight I would order a personalized memory box with pictures of my boyfriend and I from Netflorist. I I placed my order on the 4th of Feb for Delivery for 12th Feb 2022. Well surprise surprise 3pm comes and no gift I enquire only for the person to tell me my order was canceled because the machine "broke" they didn't even bother notifying the customers and here it's 7pm and I still don't know what I'm going to do. The biggest joke is they still accepting orders for personalized items. NETFLORIST THANK YOU FOR RUINING VALENTINES DAY
