NetFlorist ruining special occasions yet again.

We continuously order from NetFlorist hoping that their service will improve, however we are constantly disappointed in the complete poor customer service. The service is used for special occasions which they keep ruining for me and my loved ones. We have had late deliveries not by hours but by days so the occasion is past. Then the item gets loaded on the wrong delivery truck. I sent an email and I do not receive a response. I am so frustrated and disappointed with the service.

I have now learnt from my mistakes and will not use them again.
