Netflorist ruines my Valentines

I am VERY disappointed in NETFLORIST's service. I ordered especially for delivery today 13/02 to receive FREE LINDT CHOCS like promised. I even confirmed with their consultants Tshediso Thabethe and Zanele Zwane on email if i will be receiving them. I also sent out an email a week ago to change my delivery address for I had an operation and were not going to be at the address i originally gave up. They promised me it will be changed, just to find out it was not delivered to the right address that i asked to be changed. This will cause that i will NEVER purchase from NETFLORIST ever again because u can not trust them. None of the things they promised on mail was actually done. Its a disgrace that we as paying customers must receive such service in South Africa. Now what am i suppose to do 4 Valentines? U expect to receive good customer service just to be let down and your plans being ruined. Thanks a lot NETFLORIST !!!! If I could've my rating will be 0.
