I don't want the dam gift, I want a full refund, not a credit for their site - A REFUND!

Secondly, I charge R3k p/h for my time and I've wasted about 90 min on your ***** ups and now trying to recover my ref7nd from your incompetence - put that into context.

I've spent easily R15k on your site so consider this when fixing your mess. Do it poorly and you'll lose 2 customers for life, do it well and we'll give you a 2nd chance.
