Netflorist ruined valentines day

It's now 18.30 and there is no word from netflorist on the delivery being received, no communication whatsoever. Tried calling them over a dozen times and no decency to even answer. How can you deliver a valentines gift at this hour. You charge all these high prices, fair enough but then provide the service. You make us look like total fools. I honestly would prefer a full refund as this whole thing is a disaster. The gift has not been delivered and there has been no communication. Terrible terrible service I will never use this ******* company ever again.
