Netflorist ruined valentines

Ordered flowers at beginning of month, when I asked about adding chocolates I was told that no need as the promo included free chocolates. Confirmed a second time and was assured it is included. Arranged valentines delivery for the 12. Flowers delivered but no chocolates. I call on the 12th and speak to DalmienHe apologises and s.says they can only rectify on tuesday 16th... but will deliver 2 boxes to make up.not happy but accepted. Tuesday no delivery. My wife now believes I am lying about the chocolates. I call and speak to Magop. She says that Dalmien did not capture correctly and offers to deliver tomorrow Wednesday 17th). I say that it has already ruined the valentines effect so I am offered a voucher. I am not looking for a voucher so I agree to them just delivering the chocolates. She agrees that it will be done. Recording of the call available. Still no delivery. Thanks netflorist for ruining valentines this year. Unfortunately time has passed and it cantr be undone....really pathetic!!!
