Netflorist ruined the birthday surprise

At Netflorist I am not interested to stand a chance to win a free of charge order. Very disappointed, you ruined my surprise to my best friend. Netflorist delivered and left the gift with the Receptionist after working hours, a purchase that was made at 6am in morning and confirmed to be in process at 8am. Delivery was out at 15:00 and delivered after 17:00.
