NetFlorist ruined Sister's birthday surprise.

NetFlorist ruined my sister's birthday surprise!! This business is a **** - the bouquets displayed on the website to order and what they deliver is so so far from reality. I ordered a bright red polka dot vase with a flower arrangement, a greeting card stating: HAPPY BIRTHDAY YOU ARE FABULOUS! I was so excited about the order that projected happy bright and cheerful aura, to celebrate my sister's birthday. Instead she received a dull brown vase with a few flowers in it. The card was also an ugly brown wordless card. The bouquet received seemed like an after thought and I do not know how an employee or the company can feel proud about that. It was fugly and I was so disappointed to the point of tears. NetFlorist embarrassed me and my sister. Their terms state that should the product be out of stock the substitute will be of equal or greater value and look as similar as possible...WHAT A JOKE!! I will never use this company again and will spread the word of this being a ****.
