Netflorist ruined my Valentines day

Netflorist, you ruined my valentines day. You delivered the wrong item. I have been on the line multiple times with your call center - they just make promises that they never keep. I have sent 2 emails now without reply. You took my money but did not deliver. You don't respond to any complaints on Hellopeter - this tells me a lot about your customer service/ support with a trust ranking of only 4.6/10. I will never make use of you again.
